Who Am I?​

My name is Geeshan Bandara and I am a documentary wedding photographer.

I have been fortunate to have covered nearly 700 weddings in over 25 cities, making lifelong friends all over the world. 

I am trained as a photojournalist and grew up in a family that loved to document every moment through photographs.

Inspired by the films of Fellini, Wes Anderson and Wong-Kar Wai as well as photographers like Two Mann Studios and James Nachtwey, I draw from their ability to tell exceptional stories.

But on the day, I am inspired by you – your energy, your family, our environment, and especially your love and joy.

Having won and judged awards in every major international wedding photography competition, I am ranked the #1 Fearless Photographer in South Asia, UAE, Sri Lanka and in the Top #7 for all Asia.
